Getting Started with emailHere's a breakdown of everything we need to create your email marketing strategy, as well as an overview of the process so you have an idea of how the project will flow before we get going!
1) What we need to get started
PDF, EPS or high res JPEG or PNG if possible.
Email Client Credentials
Login information for your email client, i.e., Klaviyo, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, etc.
eCom Platform Login
Logins for your eCom platform, i.e., Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. If your platform allows partner accounts, please set it up with [email protected]
Images & Pictures
Current and/or new images and pictures you’d like to use in your messages.
Stories, case studies, and any content that is relevant for your email campaigns..
Brand style guide, colors, or any specific design requirements.
These items can be uploaded to your secure dropbox folder (more on that in a bit).
We use Dropbox to share image files, designs, and important logins and credentials that are too sensitive to send via email. We will set up a folder for the project and share it with you via email. You can upload all images and files there.
3) The process
Creating your email marketing strategy is an extensive process. To reduce the chance of overwhelm and better help you understand what to expect during the design and development, we’ve outlined our process in 3 steps:
We’ll go through your current email assets to see what you’re working with.
Based on the audit, we’ll identify opportunity areas that can increase revenue, and become the “tiny hinges that move big doors”.
We will deliver a playbook that outlines the strategy, campaigns, workflows, and cadence that will up-level your email marketing.
4) Wrapping Up and Delivering Your Playbook!
Once the playbook is nearing completion we will reach out to schedule a hand-off call. During the call we will discuss our findings, and talk about next-steps if you’re interested in engaging us for implementation.
